A Licensed Medical Doctor, who can prescribe medication and makes mental health diagnosis.
A Doctor of Psychology who has had at least 1,500 hours of supervised post doctorate practice and passed the national exam.
An individual who has a master's (M.A.) or doctoral (Ph.D) degree in marital and family therapy. Marriage and Family therapists must also complete at least two years of supervised clinical experience. Their focus is typically psychological issues that exist within martial and family relationships.
An individual who has a Master's degree in psychology or counseling psychology (M.A.), as well as many hours of training experience providing counseling for mental health issues. Also participates in yearly continuing education as required.
